  • The amount will be donated when someone shows a copy of the printed flyer, shows the flyer on their smartphone or simply mentions the fundraiser to our cashier when placing an order.

How do I make my fundraiser successful?

  • Give yourself plenty of time to let people know about your fundraising event.  You should allow yourself a minimum of 30 days to promote your event.
  • The more that you promote your Fundraiser Night within your organization and to friends and family, the more successful you will be.
  • We will provide you with an electronic flyer that can be printed and distributed to promote your event.  You can also use the flyer artwork to create an event on social media.  Ask the members of your organization to share information with their network, too!

How do we get paid for the event?

  • The organizer of the event will receive a check by mail within approximately four weeks of the event.
